ST.ANN’S COLLEGE,ANGAMALY, Ernakulam has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KELTRON—a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Industries, Government of Kerala to launch the KELTRON III Cell campus program. In a strategic move to enhance practical learning opportunities for students, Karthas Shipping Solutions LLP,an industry leader in Logistics and Shipping has officially signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with IIB Education- the National Skill Development Corporation Training Partner (NSDC-TP) by exploring and expanding possibilities to deliver real time industrial exposure to the students. Mr. C.S. Kartha, Managing Director of Karthas Shipping Solutions; Mr. Sasi Karthas, Chairman of the Karthas Group of Companies; and Dr. Rema S. Karthas, Principal of Karthas Academy, officially formalized the collaborative agreement with Mr. Justin Roy,Chairman & Managing Director of IIB Education. The Professional Diploma in Airport, Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Management (PDAHT), a flagship course offered by the CCEK-NSDC campus program, is renowned for its comprehensive curriculum and industry-focused approach. Recently, students enrolled in this program across various colleges in Ernakulam and Trivandrum districts were granted a unique opportunity. They embarked on a one-day work experience journey at the bustling Kochi International Airport. This invaluable excursion allowed them to immerse themselves in the intricacies of airport operations firsthand, bridging the gap between theory and practice. Such initiatives underscore the program's commitment to nurturing well-rounded professionals equipped to thrive in the dynamic realms of airport management, hospitality, travel, and tourism.

In July of 2023 IIB Education inked a historic accord with the Indian Red Cross Society (Kerala Division) to provide internships to students of our CCEK-led Professional Diploma in Fitness Training (PDFT) Course Programs which was already recognized by NSDC. As IIB has always been keen on expanding its institutional network as a part of its inter-organizational relations and functional areas, IIB has sought a formal tie-up with the Indian Red Cross Society.
IIB Education inked the afore-said Accord with the Indian Red Cross Society (Kottayam Div.) in endorsing this agreement. We do believe this accord will be a solemn start and set a gateway for IIB to cooperate with IRCS in to their other functional areas.

The Young Innovators Technical Summit – YSummit 2024 was a ground-breaking event dedicated to nurturing innovation and collaboration among Polytechnic students in the fields of technology and engineering.Held at the Government Polytechnic College Kalamassery from February 22nd to 24ththis summit was conducted by the Kerala Government Higher Education Department, Directorate of Technical Education, under the esteemed leadership of Dr. R. Bindu, Honourable Minister for Higher Education and Social Justice, Government of Kerala. Events included Project Expo, Technical Paper Presentation, Industrial Meet Up, Kerala Cultural Fest etc.

IIB elected as the Nodal Facilitation Support Partner of the Kerala State Continuing Education System

IIB Education elected as the Nodal Facilitation Support Partner(N-FSP) of the State Continuing Education System (Centre for Continuing Education Kerala-CCEK), by the department of Higher Education, Government of Kerala, (G. O. (Rt)No.934/2022/HED N Dated, 21/06/2022) to conduct NSDC linked skill development programs through the continuing education cells associated with the entire Govt./aided engineering colleges, polytechnic colleges, arts and science colleges across the state. This award of N-FSP status makes IIB an unparalleled entity as its proves its track record through sheer hard work and dedicated efforts in the domain of skill development.

The CCEK education system thus having the prime motive to eradicate the deficiency of skilled work force in our country has proved to be very successful throughout its course and has been a great amelioration towards nation building. A coherent and logical coordination system coupled with these intensions of the CCEK will yield an optimized result of such skill development programs. IIB has received Certificate of Excellence from MILMA

The State Skill Development Mission-Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence has elected IIB as the Project Implementation Agency (PIA) to impart Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) training program for the employees of the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (MILMA) which is under the department of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development, Govt. of Kerala in the agriculture sector under PMKVY CSSM-3.0 Scheme.

Being the PIA of KASE, IIB has conducted RPL training for the MILMA Bulk Milk Cooler (BMC) operators scattered under the three major fragmental societies of 5 major zones in the state of Kerala in association with MILMA TRCMPU Ltd, MRCMPU Ltd, and ERCMPU Ltd. Thus MILMA honoured IIB by awarding a certificate of excellence upon the excellence and competence delivered towards conducting the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) sessions.

This training and certification program which is conducted by IIB in association with MILMA not only enhances the confidence level of the employees, but also ensures in optimizing the production capacity of MILMA at par with the standards demanded by the current day dairy industry in terms of quality, quantity and maintaining a fine working environment.

IIB Education has been honoured to be the Service Provider of TATA Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in the state of Kerala - A Golden feather on IIB's crown.

Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is a multi-campus community-engaged public university established in 1936 as Sir. Dorabjee Tata Graduate School of Social works in Mumbai, which aimed to create human service professionals to address the issues of unemployment and poverty. It was renamed as Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 1944. In 1964, the Government of India declared TISS as a Deemed to be University under Section 3, of the University Grants Commission Act of 1956. It was then, graded as a category 1 Deemed to be University in the year 2018 as per the UGC regulations in 2018. TISS has four campuses in Mumbai, Tuljapur, Hyderabad, and Guwahati.

The vision of the TISS university is to be an institute of excellence in higher education that continually responds to changing social realities through the development and application of knowledge towards creating a people-centered, ecologically sustainable, and just society that promotes and protects the dignity, equality, social justice, and human rights for all.

School of Vocational Education (SVE) - December 2011

The School of Vocational Education (SVE) was set up to impart skill education to millions of Indian youth through appropriately designed vocational education programs. The focus is on developing job-specific skills rather than providing only a broad knowledge-based education. The approach adopted is called the Internship Embedded Skill Training Programme, during which many students may also earn a modest stipend in select skill knowledge sectors. The aim of this 'Earn while you learn' model is to enable the students to learn the skill by engaging in an internship at the industry/company along with theory training in the classroom.

We do have immense pleasure to announce that IIB Education (NSDC Training Partner) has been granted a couple of additional Skill Sector Affiliations in- Sports, Physical Education, Fitness & Leisure, Food Processing, Aviation & Aerospace and Agriculture. This is poised to bring exclusive rights which would be enabling IIB Education to conduct the entire courses under the scope of the above skill sectors all over the Indian peninsula.

Above all, the afore-said sector additions elevate IIB's esteem and cast a spell across India especially amongst the skill development circles and the rubric of possessing 20 different skill sectors which is a rare honor to be achieved by an NSDC Training Partner in the path of our performance which may energize our journey forward.

Having sector affiliation in food processing and agriculture, will help us deliver a promising growth with wider scope to accelerate agricultural economy of the country. Moreover, IIB getting sports and aviation sector affiliation aims at molding interested and enthusiastic candidates become skilled fitness trainers and aviation crew. These 4 new sector additions shall pave way to a new beginning for careers in physical fitness, food processing, agriculture and aviation sectors to fill them with the right and well-trained professionals.

IMTS, under the mentorship and guidance of Sanju Surendran - a National Award winning filmmaker; runs the NSDC-approved media and entertainment sector course programs through its network of schools and colleges. Sanju is a graduate of Film & Television Institute of India. One of his signature artworks "KAPILA" has received wide applause from the film fraternity and jury, awarding him with the prestigious 62nd Indian National Award (RajatKamal for Best Arts/Cultural film) in the year 2015. He has also received the Rajathachakrom Award for the best director at 22nd IFFK and also received the Second Best Film for his debut feature film - Adean: Garden of Desire, in the year 2018.

One of the largest and leading educational organizations in the country, RVS Group has secured the prestigious NSDC Training Centre Accreditation under the Union Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.
IIB who has been focusing on its mode of operations in Kerala, has now taken a step forward from its boundaries, to expand its NSDC skilling education across the nation. As a foundation step, we have signed agreement with RVS group of institutions ranging from Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Arts and Science College, Management Studies and Research Institute to Para medical institutes comprising of Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy & Ayurveda College across Tamil Nadu.
The main aim of IIB-RVS tie-up is that RVS having a plethora of institutions in all the prominent verticals in association with IIB, the nodal Training Patner of NSDC will be able to conduct various skill development programs in their institutions in all these NSDC-approved verticals to mold the budding youth to a skilled workforce.

The main aim of this Mangalam-IIB association is that students with the help of Mangalam Group of Institutions - Mangalam Radio 91.2, Mangalam Media, Mangalam Publications can learn Nationally-accredited NSDC-approved course programs such as television, film making, journalism, sound engineering etc. and secure Nationally accredited certification in various sectors of media and entertainment industry.
On March 15th 2021, Mangalam Group of Institutions has received the shield and conformance certificate from National Skill Development Corporation TP - IIB Education in a glorious ceremony held at the Mangalam Campus. This will pave way for a new skill development education era in the media and entertainment sector

IIB EDUCATION have immense pride to announce that we have been honored as we have inked a historical accord with Asia's largest fertilizer plant and one of the country's most reputed public sector undertaking named RCF (Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers) for providing advanced industrial training in Computerized Instrumentation and Advanced Automation where students are poised to get a unique exposure to the technological front in line with the front end technology.
This tie-up with RCF has been considered as a great achievement received by IIB Education in recognition of its fine track records as a NSDC Training Partner and its growing nation-wide presence in India's Skill Development landscape.

On the day of 15th May 2018, it marked an auspicious day in the Skill development history of IIB Education.
IIB Education in coordination with State Resource Centre Kerala, has been conducted a skill development program for the inmates of Central Prison, Viyyur. The Prison Authorities extended their warm supports to make this program a grand success. IIB Education imparted training in Optical Fibre and Digital security system (CCTV).
On 15th of May, 2018 Minister of Agriculture Adv. V.S. Sunil Kumar distributed the Certificates in an auspicious ceremony organized by the Prison Authorities. Superintendent of Police for Prison Mr. Vinodkumar, Prison's Welfare officer Mr. AO Thomas, Director of State Resource Centre Kerala etc. were presided over the function.
Minister Sri. V.S. Sunil Kumar acknowledged his high regards for the Vocational Education conducted by IIB Education and praised the well-Organized course which could be highly useful for the inmates of Prison in the course of rehabilitating their life in to the mainstream by finding a trade or profession independently.

IIB Education as a part of its social responsibility has launched a safety awareness and accident prevention program for the people working in various industries at different locations. This program could not only reduce the accident rates but also make the people more vigilant about safety.
In the current day scenario, the Industrial safety is found to be a major concern particularly for those who are exposed to the hazardous environment in Industries. In this context, IIB has identified that the Industrial safety and allied programs shall be given utmost importance and due weightage when it comes to the safety of the collateral and precious life.

IIB Education in association with Kerala private security association (KPSA), an organisation engaged in providing security services all over Kerala has signed an agreement to impart a course on Industrial safety and fire fighting to all its security personnel all over Kerala.

The skill development training project of the inmates of central prison Viyoor was successfully completed by IIB Education in association with SRC Kerala , and the assessment of the inmates was conducted in the presence of Jail superintendent Mr. MK Vinodkumar, prison welfare officer Mr Thomas Roy , Dr NB Sureshkumar , Director SRC Kerala, and Mr Justin Roy Managing Director IIB Education.
The program was launched in Central Prison Viyyur and the Program was inaugurated by the Joint superintendent of Central Prisons & Correctional Home Viyyoor, Thrissur. The Training program was received a wide acceptance.

IIB Education in association with SRC Kerala could successfully complete a livelihood training project of Gov. of Kerala in F&B production and service to 1000 students all over Kerala. Mr Ramkrishnan , Executive Director IIB Education has informed that 42 students from the current batch were hired by prestigious group of hotel such as Taj International, Holiday Vista and Adithya Nature before completion of their training.
On behalf of various Public Sector Undertakings, IIB has conducted a large number of Skill Development Training Programs for the SC ST Community orienting their community upliftment this includes Tourism & Hospitality Sector, Construction Sector, Logistics, Industrial Instrumentation, IT & ITeS Sector, etc. As a Nodal Training Partner of State Resource Centre Kerala (SRC), IIB has successfully completed Hotel Management Training Program for 1000 SC students.

IIB Education in association with Kerala Agricultural Industrial Corporation (KAIC) successfully completed skill development training project on 'JCB and Harvest Machine operation and servicing' to the candidates belonging to SC community. This project is considered as a boon to candidates in attaining employability in the agricultural sector.
In close coordination with KAICO, under the Ministry of Agriculture Department., IIB Education as part of its community development program, has successfully conducted the training on Earth moving Equipments and Agro Machinery which is currently promising in terms of employability and for self-employment.

IIB education in association with SRC Kerala has launched Digital Financial Literacy Awareness Training program to Municipal councillors and members of Grama Panchayath as per the direction from LSGD, Gov. of Kerala.
Under the orders received from the Ministry of Local self-Government Dept., being Nodal Training Partner of SRC Kerala, being conducted training programs in 941 Gramapanchayats, 152 Block Panchayats, 14 District Panchayats, 87 Muncipalities and 6 Corporations in kerala to make the Local self-Government bodies aware of the Digital Financial Operations which is currently indispensable for the LSGD operations even in micro level.
